Assist. Prof. Dr. Safad Hussam Hammoudi, the lecturer from the Department of Radio and Television at the College of Media, has presented an advanced course for the officials of the media sectors in a number of state departments held at the Iraqi Anti-Corruption Academy, affiliated to the Federal Integrity Commission, with the aim to developing the skills of trainees on new mass media used at the present in order to achieve the greatest possible transparency level in local communities.

It is noteworthy that Dr. Safad Hussam Hammoudi had delivered previously a number of specialized lectures on e-governance and its role in confronting corruption at the Iraqi Anti-Corruption Academy, in the presence of a number of employees of various state agencies, focusing on the mechanisms of adopting e-governance program through information and communication technology, exchanging information, integrating various systems and stand-alone services, between the government and the citizen, or between the government and companies, and even between governments and each other. He pointed out that the best forms of e-governance is that reduces the number of unwanted levels of intervention when providing government services, and this depends on preparing good infrastructure with support for local formats and fixed values of governments to reach their citizens or end beneficiaries, along with the planning, development and growth budget that can be attained through the good use of the e-governance system to provide solutions to problems and to reduce administrative pressure on institutions by automating the tasks of employees and accelerating their performance to serve citizens.
