Prof. Dr. Asaad Taresh Abdul Ridha, the director of the Center for Strategic and International Studies at the University of Baghdad, has received Dr. Yassin Al-Ithawi one of the deputies in the Iraqi Parliament to discuss a number of important matters in the presence of Dr. Hisham, the assistant dean for administrative affairs. Dr. Asaad Tarish stated on the sidelines of the meeting in his office, that the visit of the member of the parliament has resulted in concluding an agreement of joint cooperation in various scientific fields, adding that he seeks, through these repeated meetings, to expand the horizons of cooperation between the two parties and has expressed his full readiness to support such qualitative academic initiatives for the common good especially in the field of scientific research.
