The Department of Public Relations at the College of Media of the University of Baghdad has organized a training workshop entitled (Modern Research Methods in Media Studies), in which the visiting Prof. Dr. Ahmed al-Rawi from the College of Media, Communication and Arts at Simon Fraser University in Canada, gave a lecture. The training workshop included discussing big data analytics, sensory dimension analysis and a questionnaire of apparent topics. During the workshop, Dr. Ahmed al-Rawi referred to the analysis of news, social media and automated analysis of images through artificial intelligence techniques.
