The Department of Archeology at the College of Arts, has organized a three-day training course entitled (The Impact of Islamic Architecture on Heritage Architecture in Iraq) for the undergraduate and postgraduate studies. The course aimed to introduce students to the most important planning and architectural elements in Islamic architecture and its originality, as well as the rooting of planning and architectural elements in the Islamic architecture, the concept of heritage architecture and cultural communication between Islamic architecture and heritage architecture.
