The Continuing Education Center at the University of Baghdad has organized a course on the legal system for the discipline related to the university service employees in the country aimed to introduce the participants to this disciplinary system including the definition of the duties assigned to university’s employees and the prohibitions stipulated in the Discipline Law of State and Public Sector Employees No. 14 of 1991 as amended as well as the relevant laws and instructions, Then the lecturers defined the disciplinary penalties stipulated in the above law and the formal and procedural matters required by the administrative investigation and what are the legal effects of the imposition of disciplinary sanctions and what is the mechanism necessary to abolish them.
