The Department of Central Scientific Promotions at the presidency of the University of Baghdad has announced recently the promotion of a number of lecturers to the rank of professorship, according to the resolutions of the university’s council during its tenth session on 30/1/2023, including the committee’s memorandum No. 49 on 21/2/2023. It is noteworthy that the council of the University of Baghdad has approved the scientific promotion of a number of lecturers in all disciplines after the fulfillment of the related requirements in terms of originality of research and the duration of university service, provided that it does not require any financial consequences before the issuance of the university order.
