The Citizens’ Affairs Division at the Office of the rector of the University of Baghdad has organized a workshop on developing the mechanism of work related to citizens’ affairs at all university formations, headed by the director of the division, Assist. Prof. Dr. Sarmad Fouad al-Ansari. The workshop aimed to introduce the division’s services and units, including the Follow-up Unit, Requests and Interviews Unit, E-Governance Unit, as well as the Correspondence Unit. The organizers of the workshop also recommended the need to inaugurate a citizens’ complaints box at all faculties in order to send monthly reports on the complaints received, as well as to submit citizen governance requests through the e-governance website.
