The Information Resources Center of the General Secretariat of the Central Library has organized a course on etiquette and protocols, delivered by Assist. Prof. Dr. Ahmed Hamid Shaalan, in the presence of a number of employees of the University of Baghdad and that lasted for two days, dealing with a number of topics, the most important of which are the concept of etiquette, protocol, specifications of the relations officer in the institution, presentation and acquaintance ceremonies, acquaintance and handshake, handshake rules, official precedents and their types, characteristics and methods of negotiators, clothes etiquette, table etiquette in official invitations, the way to sit, privileges granted, etc.
