The Department of Agricultural Economics at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, has organized a seminar entitled (The Culture of Joint Cooperation among the Universities and its Role in Developing Experiences at the Postgraduate Level) presented by a number of doctoral students at the department in the presence of the head of department, Assist. Prof. Dr. Raja Tuhma al-Wasiti and a number of faculty members who dealt with several topics including twinning programs among the Iraqi universities to raise extensive scientific discussions.
The participants emphasized and referred to the need to expand joint cooperation initiatives by prestigious Iraqi universities with foreign academic institutions, as well as the establishment of channels of communication between the corresponding colleges to activate the role of scientific departments in the transfer of information and experiences among graduate students through research, lectures and other events. At the end of the workshop, certificates of appreciation were distributed to the participants.
