The College of Dentistry at the University of Baghdad has organized a workshop entitled: (How to evaluate performance) presented by the lecturer Noor Falah Kazim in the presence of a number of members of the faculty members aimed at providing a detailed explanation of the performance appraisal guide for the academic year (2021-2022) at all paragraphs and categories. The workshop included several themes, namely evaluating job performance of part-time faculty members, as well as the job performance evaluation form adopted at the educational institutions of the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research for the faculty staff, employees, craftsmen and others.
