The College of Science for Women at the University of Baghdad has hosted recently the Central Committee for Performance Evaluation at the University of Baghdad headed by Prof. Dr. Siham Kazim Nimr. The participant in this event discussed work strategy and the standards that should be followed in the performance appraisal to figure out the workflow, as well as a number of proposals on the axes of the evaluation form to evaluate the department’s employees online. In conclusion, the members of the committee praised the efforts of such committees in completing the evaluation file for the academic year (2021-2022) accurately and credibly, and highlighting some paragraphs that must be confirmed in the evaluation forms.
