The Director of the Center for Strategic and International Studies at the University of Baghdad, Dr. Asaad Tarish Abdul Redha, has recently discussed ways of joint cooperation with the representatives of the Directorate of Relations and Media at the Iraqi Ministry of Interior. Dr. Asaad Taresh stated on the sidelines of the meeting held at his office that the center always seeks to strengthen and maintain relations between all government institutions, especially the security ones, adding that: “We have continuous cooperation with the Ministry of Interior in holding seminars, workshops and conferences in order to increase security stability and fight the scourge of drugs and the cybersecurity since our center has a lot of scientific expertise specialized in the field of politics, security, etc.”. For his part, the Director of Psychological Operations, Lieutenant Colonel Natiq Hamdan Matrood, and his accompanying delegation praised the role of the center in the coordination efforts in this regard since 2022 until now.
