The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Science for Women, in cooperation with the Undergraduate Studies Affairs Division, has sponsored a special training session to develop the performance and tasks of the examination committees at the five departments of the college, entitled (Organizing the work of the examination committees and training committee members on the use of the Master Sheet).
The training course included the definition and clarification of this software in order to organize the work of the examination committees, which has been applied since 2011 at the college, then the lectures showed how to install the program on computers through a presentation that explains how to use the program to enter information about students’ grades to obtain the final results accurately using its features, and the program interface was presented, which facilitates the registration of students’ grades instead of the manual registration process, which takes time and effort to obtain final results. At the end of the training course, the members of the examination committees asked some questions about the mechanism of work in order to develop their skills.
