The head of the Theoretical Sciences Branch at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences for Women, Prof. Dr. Luma Samir al-Sheikhli, has organized a scientific workshop for the undergraduate students on (Future Memory) in which she explained the concept of memory related to the storage of acquired information needed after a period of time that may be long or short, and it can be defined as an acquisition, storage, retrieval, classified types into sensory memory, which includes iconic, echo and tactile memory.

She also referred to future memory, which is called even as the memory of intentions and forward-looking memory, and means the ability to remember and recall information that you want to do independently, and of its types, noting its tasks of immediate and delayed implementation. Dr. Luma al-Sheikhly also explained the most important factors that help remember, which are relaxation, mental guidance, repetition, modernity, intensity of reality, recalling also the most important factors affecting future memory, namely age, genetic factors, diseases and disorders or harmful substances.
