The Center for the Revival of Arab Scientific Heritage at the University of Baghdad has organized a panel discussion entitled (The Night of Handing over Granada) delivered by Prof. Dr. Wijdan Enad Team in the presence of a number of professors and researchers.

This episode came in remembrance of the day of the end of Islamic rule in Granada, corresponding to the second of January 897 AH / 1492 AD) dealt with the teaching events that preceded and paved the way for the delivery of Granada treaty held secretly on November 25, 1491 AD that treaty that Granada was presented on a plate of gold to the Castilian monarchs and despite all the rights stipulated by that treaty, which bore the signature of the royalists and the Pope to be an international treaty, but in fact it was not adopted. The lecturer also talked about the role of Abu Abdullah Al-Saghir in handing over the city, the role of ministers, leaders and the role of Musa bin Abi Al-Ghassan in refusing to surrender to the treaty.
