A group of graduates of the Department of Chemical Engineering from various Iraqi universities, namely Baghdad, Technology, Al-Nahrain, Babil, Diyala and Anbar, headed by Dr. Ahmed Faeq al-Alawi and Dr. Rana Thabit al-Rubaie from the College of Engineering at the University of Baghdad, have participated in a joint meeting with the head of the Iraqi Engineers Syndicate. The two sides discussed the important role played by the chemical engineers in all industries, as well as their claims in the right to be appointed in oil refineries, like their brothers graduates of the Department of Petroleum Engineering.
