The Center for Market Research and Consumer Protection at the University of Baghdad held a scientific symposium on (Digital Transformation in Improving the Quality of Services Provided to the Consumer) via the FCC platform. The seminar aimed to demonstrate the importance of digital transformation as it is one of the modern things that provide advanced and fast service to the consumer in the field of services in order to pace with the rapid and tremendous development in technology that the world came through in light of the services enjoyed by the consumer.

The lectures also included the importance of digital transformation as the process of moving government sectors or companies to a business model that relies on digital technologies in innovating products and services, providing new channels of revenue that increase the value of their products and providing quick access to a very wide variety of goods and services from all over the world and very fast access to new goods and services and the possibility of purchasing products at lower prices and the price differences as well as the possibility of purchasing products to meet personal requirements to a high extent and obtaining high-quality services.
