The Market Research and Consumer Protection Center at the University of Baghdad held a panel discussion entitled (Body Chemistry and its Effect on the Ascent of Perfumes Used by Man) presented by the lecturer at the center, Dr. Huda Jaber Hussein. The lecture showed the most important chemicals involved in the composition of perfumes, how body chemistry affects the interaction with the perfume used on the skin, and the most important influencing factors that cause the fragrance of the perfume to differ from one person to another despite the use of the same perfume and the same specifications. It was also recommended to follow some points to make the choice of perfume successful and suitable for the person, and finally the benefit of each perfume and its effects on the brain were identified through sensory receptors through the sense of smell.
