The Prof.  Mukhled Hamza Jadou from the Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics has participated in the activities of the International Conference of coaching Experts in Istanbul – Turkey, which was organized by the International Academy of Coaching Experts and Rehab Al-Sultan Center for Leadership Development and Development, which is the first conference of its kind.

Mr. Mukhled Hamza participated with a lecture entitled (Coaching Management Intervention between Models and Strategies) and was also selected in the international jury of coaching experts and received the shield of an international coaching expert. The conference witnessed the participation of more than 40 coaches from various Arab countries (Iraq, Egypt, Tunisia, Kuwait, UAE, Sudan, Algeria, Syria, Canada), where coaching is defined as ways to help others develop and improve their performance, learn new skills, enable them to succeed personally and achieve their own goals so that a person can change his life and work to manage them and manage personal challenges, and training usually deals with attitudes, skills, behaviors and knowledge as well as professional goals and private goals of the individual and coaching can also focus on the physical and spiritual development of the individual.
