The Iraqi Journal of Science issued by the College of Science at the University of Baghdad has recently obtained the highest rank in the Q3 index of Scopus among the fifty-six scientific journals issued by the university’s formations in a series of its academic achievements locally. It is noteworthy that the Iraqi Journal of Science (IJS) is a monthly peer reviewed open access journal dedicated for publishing sober researches in a wide range of applied and pure sciences, including mathematics, computer, chemistry, biology, biotechnology, hotspot research, geology, physics, remote sensing, astronomy and space science, with (DOI:10.24996/ijs), (ISSN: 00672904), listed in ResearchGate and having a Q3 index of Scopus with an Impact Factor (0.8).
