The Ibn Sina E-Learning Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Education for Women held a workshop entitled: (Protection of information and data in the virtual reality) that was administrated by the lecturer Mariam Yassin Abdullah and it was attended by a number of faculty members and students.

The workshop aimed to identify the importance of the virtual reality through addressing some of its illustrative examples, revealing the most prominent security and privacy problems in and mentioning the concerns and risks related to. The lecturer recommended some solutions and hints that can assist notably in maintaining safety when using virtual reality systems and concluded his speech with exchanging points of view with the students to answer their inquiries.
