The Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Division at the College of Education for Pure Sciences (Ibn Al-Haitham) at the University of Baghdad has organized a workshop entitled (Effective Quality Management Systems) within its operational plan for the academic year (2022-2023), in which the international expert and CEO of the Integrated Management Systems Company in the United Kingdom, Prof. Dr. Ali Abdul Jabbar Nassif al-Zubaidi, gave a lecture. The workshop dealt with the most important concepts of quality, its chronological history, principles of its management systems in educational institutions and ways to achieve the needs of the client.
