The stadiums of the College of Education for Pure Sciences (Ibn Al-Haitham) at the University of Baghdad has hosted recently the finals of the University of Baghdad’s Volleyball Championship for male and female students, in the presence of the dean of the college, Prof. Dr. Firas Abdul Hamid Abdul Latif, his assistants for administrative affairs, scientific affairs and graduate studies, heads of scientific departments, the supervising committee, referees from the Department of Student Activities at the presidency of the University of Baghdad and a large number of students. The tournament ended with the victory of the college’s teams for male and female students over that of the college of nursing (2-zero).
