Assist. Prof. Dr. Farah Ghanem Saleh, a lecturer from the Department of Arabic Language at the College of Education for Women was honored with the shield of excellence and a certificate of appreciation from the rector of Uruk University, Prof. Dr. Qais Saeed al-Sabbagh, for her active participation in the proceedings of the conference on the occasion of the World Arabic Language Day (Day of the Dhad) through a research paper entitled (Originality and the Challenges of Globalization). A series of recommendations were presented that focused on how to preserve the Arabic language and enhancing its use in educational institutions.
