The Department of Computers, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Science has organized a training course on “Learning the basics of the MATLAB programming language” in the presence of a number of students, researchers and those concerned with computer studies and software. The course aimed to identify the most important characteristics of MATLAB, which can be invested in building and designing computer science systems, and comparing some applications of these sciences using other programming languages with systems designed using MATLAB proprietary multi-paradigm programming language and numeric computing environment developed by MathWorks.
