The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Baghdad has organized a course on leadership and change management to encourage the participants, whether being employees or faculty members to anticipate and deal with change effectively, link leadership and change with available models, also taking advantage of this relationship so as to plan ahead for upcoming changes appropriately, interact with resistance to change, find ways to reduce or eliminate such fears in order to achieve the desired goals, as well as implement the communication process related to change in a way that helps success.
