The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Baghdad has organized a specialized course on (Training of Trainers (TOT)) with the aim of providing the participants with the related information and introducing them to this concept and the objectives of the main training process and requirements as well as to monitor the training needs of the trainees and thus the participant in such a course can prepare a scientific method for designing programs as well as acquiring presentation skills through using the body language as a means to deliver knowledge and skills for the trainees efficiently and effectively.
