The Center for Urban and Regional Planning for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad has lately received a group of fourth-grade students of the College of Political Science to keep abreast of the center’s library, which includes thousands of books and resources in Arabic and English.
The students were introduced to the mechanism of searching for sources of information, borrowing books or dissertations and documentation, and how to translate data with mentioning the name of the original source, its author, date, and the number of the issue or edition, in addition to relying in the research stage on research sources such as higher diploma projects, master’s theses and dissertations. This visit comes within the openness of the university’s formations to each other scientifically, in addition to other educational and academic institutions for the sake of serving the undergraduate and postgraduate scholars.
