The College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad has recently organized a workshop entitled (Women’s Age and Pelvic Exercises (Kegel Exercises)) via the virtual platform (Google Meet Service) in the presence of a number of professors and employees aimed to introduce women to the correct health habits and practices in daily life, such as the habit of drinking lukewarm water at the morning when waking up for its health benefits, and introducing women to the Kegel exercises so as to tighten the pelvic floor muscles that support the uterus, bladder, small intestine and rectum. The workshop also included some topics, the most important of which are the most common correct health habits and practices that should be adopted by women in daily life as a routine, whether they are sitting at her desk or relaxing on the sofa.
