Prof. Dr. Abdullah Hamid al-Attabi, the head of the department of history at the college of education for women, has presided over an evening discussion panel entitled “The Iraqi Constitution in Black and White”. He has hosted the minister and former MP Judge Wael Abdul Latif, Judge Hadi Aziz and Dr. Adel Taqi. In this event, the Judge Wael Abdul Latif spoke about the constitution of 2005, the mechanism of its formation and the shortcomings implied in. Then Dr. Adel Taqi traced the historical development of Iraqi constitutions across the ages as well as the future of Iraq under the 2005 constitution. At the end of the session, Dr. Abdullah al-Attabi was awarded with a certificate of thanks by the organizers of the Iraq International Book Fair.
