The Division of Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance at the presidency of the University of Baghdad, in cooperation with the Educational and Psychological Research Center, has organized a course entitled (The Psychological Counseling and Educational Guidance in Improving the Quality of University Life) that was presented by the assistant rector for scientific affairs, Assist. Prof. Dr. Marwan Abdul Hamid Ashour.
The course aimed to improve the role of the heads of the psychological counseling divisions in various university formations and qualifying them to be able to manage the divisions efficiently. The course also included lectures on the means of collecting information in psychological counseling, educational guidance, social communication skills and ways to improve them in the university environment, the areas of guidance and group counseling, as well as emotional balance.
