The Continuing Education Unit at the College of Pharmacy held a workshop entitled (Types of fish that are not recommended to be eaten), which was delivered by the lecturer (Maath Qusai Abdul Qadir from the Pharmaceutical Chemistry Branch. He asserted that it is known that fish is a favorite food for many people around the world and may even be a basic food for some countries as it contains some important nutrients in the composition of its body such as oils such as omega-3 acids beneficial for the health of the heart, vascular and nervous systems, unsaturated fats and light proteins easy to digest or may form an economic nerve that generates income that forms the backbone of the economy of other countries as it does not require effort in its development, breeding and growth.
