The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Baghdad has organized a workshop on transformational leadership and development of work methods with an objective to introduce the attendees to the concept of transformational leadership and how to influence human behavior and the art of leading others, accomplish work efficiently, as well as to enhance motivation, initiative, self-confidence and abilities.
