Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid Al-Saadi, the rector of the University of Baghdad, has recently with the team of the college of law that have participated in the Second Arab Virtual Moot Court Competition for International Humanitarian Law (IHL) for 2022, held in Amman. The rector has honored the members of the participating team with a letter of thanks and appreciation, in gratitude and acknowledgement of their efforts in raising the name of our university and the name of Iraq high in Arab and international forums. The competition included many rounds of advocacy in a virtual case before the International Criminal Court within the topics addressed in the international humanitarian law to train students on litigation (lawsuit) mechanisms, which contributes to refining and developing their legal skills within the framework of a professional experience.
