The Institute of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnologies for Postgraduate Studies at the University of Baghdad held a series of scientific sessions and lectures on the sidelines of the Fifth International Scientific Conference in the presence of a number of professors at the Institute as well as international and local researchers by more than 70 researches at the Martyr Al-Hakim Hall and the halls of the General Secretariat of the Central Library for two days.
The first day of the conference witnessed a lecture delivered by the international researcher, Prof. Dr. “Kazem Zibara” from the Lebanese Republic, as well as another lecture by a professor at the institute, Prof. Dr. Amina Neima Al-Thuwaini, at the Martyr Al-Hakim Hall, While the second day of the conference hosted by the central library delivered by the international researchers Prof. Dr. Riza Azizian, Prof. Dr. Masoud Hoeshmand from the Islamic Republic of Iran, and the professor at the Institute of Genetic Engineering, Prof. Dr. Abdul Hussein Al-Faisal. At the end of the scientific sessions of the conference, the dean of the institute, Assist. Prof. Dr. Saif Dawood al-Ahmar, honored the international and local researchers for their exerted efforts in this event and all the great efforts made by the institute’s professors, specialized committees and associates for their great role in the success of the conference.
