The Department of Plant Protection at the College of Agricultural Engineering Sciences, in cooperation with the Quality Assurance Division, has organized a workshop entitled (Performance Evaluation for the Academic Year 2021-2022) in the presence of the assistant dean for administrative and financial affairs Assist. Prof. Dr. Munem Khamis Mikhlif al-Hitawi and the head of the Plant Protection Department, Assist. Prof. Dr. Sindab Sami al-Dahwi, as well as faculty members and employees of the department.
An introductory lecture was delivered by Dr. Nidaa Saud Abd, the director of the Performance Evaluation Unit at the Quality Assurance Division, entitled (The New Instructions on Calculating the Grades of the Axes), which were received according to the directives of the university’s council and quality assurance, and emphasizing the need for the personal files of professors and employees to be documented for each axis of the form. The attendees discussed many paragraphs and points and all questions that should be answered to ensure that the forms were filled out correctly and without errors.
