The Quality Assurance and Performance Evaluation Unit at the Center for Women’s Studies, and under the supervision of the director of the center, Dr. Athraa Ismail Zaidan, held a workshop entitled “Clarifying the paragraphs of the performance evaluation form for the academic year (2021-2022)”.
It was delivered by the director of the unit, Dr. Reem Khamis Mahdi, including an explanation of the paragraphs related to the form for evaluating the performance of faculty members working in research and service centers for the academic year (2021-2022) and how to document each paragraph with appropriate data based upon the directives issued for that matter. The workshop resulted in a number of recommendations, including the need to adhere to the instructions issued by the university’s presidency on how to document the appropriate data for each activity, providing the procedures adopted for accrediting research and avoiding fake or predatory journals.
