The Continuing Education Unit, in cooperation with the Department of Industrial Management at the College of Administration and Economics has organized a symposium entitled (Ingenious Management of Work in Small Projects) presented by Prof. Dr. Fadhila Salman Dawood.

The seminar included the definition of this term and the ability to manage small projects that lies in creating integration between current resources and future goals in order to generate valuable investment opportunities in the future by entering into small or medium enterprises.  Dr. Fadhila Salman stated that there is no doubt that the role played by management is closely related to the survival of the project or organization and that the role of skilled people or entrepreneurs is important for the development of systems, structures and cultures that support the assimilation of organizational knowledge during successful integration processes between each of these components. She added that the term “ingenious management” has been used to describe the ability of a person or manager simultaneously to work on investment activities, exploration, efficiency, flexibility, alignment and adaptability to the external environment and analysis of the internal environment for the purpose of utilizing the entrepreneurial skills of individuals.
