Assist. Prof. Dr. Ali Sadiq, the assistant dean for administrative affairs at the College of Physical Education and Sports Sciences, headed the Iraqi delegation participating in the Asian Athletics Championships held in Kuwait for being the Secretary General of the Iraqi Athletics Federation accompanied by Assist. Prof. Dr. Zaydoon Jawad. This tournament comes within the Asian Athletics Championships that is witnessing the participation of more than (30) teams from Asia for all games, where Iraq was represented by (10) players in various sports events.
