The College of Nursing at the University of Baghdad has organized a workshop entitled (How to create a bubble answer sheet and the mechanism of answering questions) in the presence of faculty members at the college. The workshop aimed to teach professors how to create an evaluation exam form and the mechanism of answering on bubble sheet. The workshop also included several topics, the most important of which are the advantages of how to create the sample of the exam paper and how to include the serial number for each sheet, bar code for each student and the mechanism of avoiding committing mistakes while answering questions and overcoming all the difficulties facing professors and students during this process. The lecturers recommended that all professors should be able to create and design answer sheets to assist students pass their exams smoothly.
