The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Baghdad, has organized a series of weekly seminars for professors and students from the onset of the current academic year with the aim to provide researchers with modern developments, as well as keep abreast of the latest technologies in the field of specialization, namely the application of the basics of total quality and the international merit awards. It is noteworthy that the Total Quality Management (TQM) is a term that describes a management approach to long-term success through customer satisfaction where all members of an organization participate in improving processes, products, services and the workplace.
