The Center for Continuing Education at the University of Baghdad, has organized a course of the mechanisms that can be adopted for simplifying work procedures. This course aims to raise the efficiency of participants and develop their own skills and functional abilities through the optimal utilization of work time in a way that contributes to improving the quality of services provided by simplifying work procedures, as well as the sub-objectives of identifying the organization and its methods, identifying the regulations, procedures and maps of workflow, and knowing the philosophy of simplifying procedures, their benefits, stages, and practices on the ground.
