Al-Khwarizmi college of engineering at the University of Baghdad has organized a workshop entitled (Drawing a plan for research and consulting cooperation between the colleges of medicine and engineering), based on the principle of constructive scientific integration and for the sake of finding common working horizons that help developing the educational and research reality.
The workshop, which was chaired by the dean of the college, Prof. Dr. Wadood Taher Mohammed, aimed at joint scientific and research coordination with other faculties in various disciplines to benefit from academic energies in the field of medical devices. The workshop also discussed the provision of engineering support to the medical sector through delivering scientific lectures delivered by a number of professors with the participation of members of the Iraqi ministry of health.
