The Center for Development and Continuing Education at the University of Baghdad has held rehabilitation courses for new lecturers in all disciplines for the purpose of scientific promotion to develop their teaching ability in line with this era characterized with this modern technology, within the framework of developing the personal skills of university professors and developing scientific research skills, as well as enhancing their professional behavioral skills in a way that serves the course of the educational process in our beloved country in general and in the university in particular.
