The College of Political Sciences at the University of Baghdad, announced its new plan targeted towards the use of e-learning techniques by its postgraduate students at the onset of the current academic year (2002-2023) to facilitate access to information through a short film presented a smart interactive whiteboard in order to activate the means of advanced teaching. It is noteworthy that the deanship of the college continues its efforts to install (6) interactive smart boards at the classrooms of undergraduate and postgraduate students.
