Ten of the top graduates of petroleum engineering of the academic year (2021-2022) have enrolled in a 4-month training program sponsored by the Halliburton Company based in Basra that is an American multinational corporation responsible for most of the world’s hydraulic fracturing operations. The aim of this program is to learn knowledge about work environment, gain experience and develop new skills related to the oil production field. The students kep abreast of the company’s headquarters, namely wireline, perforating & production solutions, sperry drilling, completion tools and project management.
