The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the launch of an electronic form for the transfer of expatriate students from outside Iraq who want to apply for studying through the morning government or private education channels during the academic year (2022-2023). The Department of Studies, Planning and Follow-up explained that the application procedures are through its portal: (www.dirasat-gate.org) until 29/9/2022, so it invites foreign students to review the transfer controls and the mechanism of application process.
