Prof. Dr. Munir Hamid al-Saadi, rector of the University of Baghdad, honored the distinguished scientific departments at all university’s faculties that have received the first place in the Iraqi Ranking for Universities for the academic year (2020-2021) and that have been competing with the corresponding disciplines in public universities and private universities.
During this event, the rector awarded the head of the department of economics, Dr. Jassim Mohammed Mushib and the head of the department of public administration, Dr. Hussam Ali Muhaibis and the head of the department of industrial management, Dr. Saadoun Mohsen Salman with a certificate of excellence issued by the ministry of higher education and scientific research during the meeting of the university’s council in its sixteenth session in the presence of the dean of the college Prof. Dr. Suhail Najm Abdullah. Then Dr. Munir al-Saadi praised the faculty members who have exerted great efforts for maintaining the leading positions and asserted his continued support for professors and scholars in their quest towards getting advanced positions in world university rankings.
