Prof. Dr. Afraa Ibrahim Khalil, a faculty member from the department of home economics at the college of education for women, was selected in the 6th place in the field of educational sciences out of a total of (10000) authors in ARCIF 2021 database providing citations of peer reviewed academic journals in the Arab world.
This achievement was announced in the sixth annual report launched by the Arab Citation & Impact Factor (Arcif Analytics) as a result of reviewing (5100) researches in various disciplines issued by more than (1400) universities and research bodies, as well as the citations of (196,000) Arab authors. It is noteworthy that Arcif Analytics is under the supervision of the Coordinated Supervision Committee (CSC) which consists of representatives of several Arab and international bodies, including: UNESCO Regional Office in Beirut, the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for West Asia (ESCWA), the Library of Alexandria, the E-Marefa Database, the Special Library Association- Gulf Chapter, as well as a scientific committee of experts and professors from a number of Arab and foreign countries.
