The Central Scientific Promotions Committee at the University of Baghdad held its 2nd session for the academic year (2021-2022) chaired by Prof. Dr. Kazim Abdul Wahid and in the presence of all its members. During their meeting, the members discussed a range of issues related to approving the scientific promotion of (12) faculty members to the rank of assistant professor in various humanities, applied and pure disciplines. Then they exchanged visions regarding 24 issues relevant to up-to-date procedures that should be taken into account when awarding new academic titles. At the conclusion of this meeting, the chairman thanked the members of subcommittees for their efforts exerted towards completing the required work.
